Moving across Bristol

We are finally beginning to settle down in our new house which is 100 times better than the old one, although the roof is leaking.

The tub is big, the oven works, we have a garden (gravel only), 2 bathrooms and Johanna is 5 minutes from work.

Joe and Tom helped with the move and we could not have done it without them. The scary part was putting our bed base on top of the van, particularly as we only had one piece of rope and none of us knew how to tie a knot. We drove at about 25mph across Bristol much to the pleasure of everyone following us. The Welch brothers will not be going into the removal business, at one point we put Alfie's cot in and out of the van 5 times.
