Swinging in the park

Yesterday we went to the park with our friends Dion, Leila and Dillon. Alfie took his first ride in a swing and was pretty excited by it all.

As I write Alfie is yelling as we are trying to get him to go to sleep without nursing. The theory being that he will learn to put himself to sleep and will stop waking us up in the middle of the night.
